Information we may collect
Depending on how you interact with Invisible Load Reset, we may collect information including:
• your name and email address
• information you choose to provide when completing the Invisible Load Check-In
• your Check-In answers, scores and results
• information you provide when joining a mailing list, registering your interest, becoming a Founding Member, purchasing a product or service, attending an event or contacting us
• information about how you use our website, such as device, browser and website usage information collected through cookies or similar technologies
• records of communications between you and Invisible Load Reset
We only ask for information that is relevant to the service, resource or communication you have requested.
The Invisible Load Check-In
The Invisible Load Check-In is hosted using ScoreApp.
When you complete the Check-In, we may collect your first name, email address, answers and resulting scores so that we can provide and send your personalised Check-In results.
Providing your email address for your results does not automatically subscribe you to marketing communications.
You will be given a separate, optional choice to join the Invisible Load Reset community and receive tools, ideas, book updates, events and other news by email.
If you do not select this option, we will still use your details as necessary to provide your Check-In and results, but we will not add you to our general marketing list on that basis.
How we use your information
We may use your personal information to:
• provide the Check-In, results, resources, products or services you request
• respond to enquiries and communicate with you
• process purchases or registrations
• administer Founding Membership or other Invisible Load Reset activities
• send marketing communications where you have consented to receive them
• understand how our website, Check-In and resources are being used and improve them
• maintain appropriate business, financial and legal records
• protect our website, systems and users from misuse or security risks
Our lawful basis for using your information
Under UK data protection law, we must have a lawful basis for processing your personal information.
Depending on the circumstances, we may rely on:
Consent, for example where you actively choose to receive marketing communications.
Contract, where processing is necessary to provide something you have purchased or requested from us.
Legitimate interests, where it is reasonably necessary to operate and improve Invisible Load Reset and doing so does not override your rights and interests.
Legal obligation, where we are required to keep or disclose information by law.
You can withdraw marketing consent at any time.
Marketing communications
We will only send you marketing emails where we have an appropriate lawful basis to do so.
Where you have actively opted in, communications may include Invisible Load Reset tools, ideas, book news, events, programmes, opportunities and ways to get involved.
You can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link contained in our marketing emails or by contacting invisibleloadreset@gmail.com.
Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent us from sending necessary service communications relating to something you have requested or purchased.
Third-party services
We use trusted third-party providers to help operate Invisible Load Reset. These may include website hosting, assessment and Check-In technology, email and customer relationship management, payment processing, analytics and other business services.
For example, the Invisible Load Check-In is delivered using ScoreApp.
These providers may process personal information on our behalf where necessary to provide their services. We expect providers handling personal information on our behalf to protect it appropriately and use it only for the relevant purpose.
Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with applicable data protection law.
Payments
Where you purchase a product, membership, programme or other service, payment may be processed by a third-party payment provider. Invisible Load Reset does not need to receive or store your complete payment-card information where payment is handled directly by that provider.
Cookies and website information
Our website and the services we use may use cookies or similar technologies to make the website work, understand how it is used and improve the visitor experience.
Where required, you will be given choices about non-essential cookies.
How long we keep your information
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including providing services, maintaining appropriate business records and meeting legal, accounting or reporting requirements.
Where we rely on consent for marketing, you can withdraw that consent at any time.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information with trusted service providers where necessary to operate Invisible Load Reset, fulfil something you have requested, process a payment, provide communications or meet legal obligations.
We may also disclose information where required by law or where reasonably necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.
Your data protection rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law may give you rights including the right to:
• ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information
• ask us to delete your personal information in certain circumstances
• ask us to restrict how your information is used in certain circumstances
• object to certain uses of your information
• withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
• request transfer of certain information in a portable format where applicable
To exercise your rights, email invisibleloadreset@gmail.com.
You also have the right to raise a concern with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you are unhappy with how your personal information has been handled.
Security
We take reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure. However, no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Our website or communications may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of websites we do not operate, and you should review their privacy information separately.
